Welcome to Pratts Taxis
Pratts Taxis first began operating a taxi service in Durham in 1947, and is now part of the Phoenix Taxis group. Phoenix has over 30 years of taxi experience in the North East and has more than 250 vehicles on the road in the North East region. This means we’re even better placed to get you a taxi where and when you need one. You’ll still see the same vehicles, drivers and Pratts logos, but you will also see cars showing the Phoenix logo too.

PRATTS TAXIS DURHAM BUSINESS ACCOUNTS
With our executive taxi service, there’s no need to worry about reimbursing employees through expenses, or having cash to pay for visiting clients taxis. We offer all executive business account customers the option to pay by monthly invoice. You can also choose to prepay for specific journeys, a great option for impressing clients. We currently provide transport for a number of large local businesses, including Durham County Council.
Our drivers are uniformed and our vehicles are purchased new, most are less than a year or two old. We use the latest Autocab cloud dispatch system in conjunction with GPS tracking technology, which means there are no noisy radios in our cars. All bookings are digitally secured and can be accessed, amended and tracked live by our office at any time of day, any day of the year.
We have fixed prices (and huge savings) available to business customers. We’re also happy to provide saving reports to demonstrate how much you’re saving by booking your transport with Pratts.
24 HOUR TAXIS IN DURHAM
